Biography
Amr El Ghannam (AEG) , the founder, Born in 1981 , Graduated from Cairo University Architectural department in 2004, believes that nothing can be completed without good teamwork.
He strives to deliver unique spaces that will have a positive impact on his clients. With more than twelve years of extensive and considerable experience, he possesses an innate desire to create interior & exterior spaces that exceed clients’ expectations. With an eye for quality, a superior sense of style, and a client-centered approach to business.
He offers a balance of creativity, collaboration and forward thinking with a structured, organized and detailed mentality; enabling him to deliver focused development, follow through and total completion to each aspect of the design & construction phases.
AEG led large-scale residential projects and mid to large-scale commercial projects. He tackled his first project as the lead designer, managing the complete remodel of a small flat of his friend, Mohamed Shaker, which turned out to be a masterpiece. Next, he oversaw complete design development for three custom homes within a private family complex, personalizing each home while maintaining continuity throughout the entire property. He coordinated architectural details, designed and specified custom construction elements, and created and implemented the full interior concept. During this time, AEG also led on various residential projects of differing scale and depth of involvement.
The perfect outcome, whether on personal spaces or commercial properties, begin with a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs and expectations. AEG’s ability to develop client relationships based on respect, trust, and confidence has been the key to his success as a designer and manager. Skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, timeframes, and requirements, AEG guides his clients through every phase of the design and/or construction process.
